How do I place an order?
To place an order, browse our products, select the desired items, choose the size and quantity, and click 'Add to Cart.' Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order.
How do I choose correct size?
Refer to our size guide available on each product page to find the appropriate size for your baby. If you're unsure, our customer service team is happy to help.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
After checking out you will get a confirmation message on WhatsApp or via email.
Placing a Cash on delivery order (COD) .When you opt for COD payment method our customer service team will call you / WhatsApp you to verify the details.
For cash on delivery orders packages cannot be opened until complete payment has been made to the Cottage Core representative.
What's the minimum order value required to place an order?
The minimum order value is Rs.600.
How do I check my order status?
We will ship your package within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will also mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment to your registered email address. You will receive an SMS about the same. In case you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours of placing an order please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by
the courier company. Alternatively, you can check the Track Shipment option given to you.
What if an item is out of stock?
We make every effort to keep all the products in stock. However there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. We will notify you at the time of checkout of the item selected is not in stock. In the rare circumstances where the order has been accepted and due to some reasons we are not able to ship, we will notify you within 24hours and the money will be returned to you in the same mode by which the payment was made within 10 working days.
Are shipping charges included in the order price?
No, you have to pay the shipping charges separately.
Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?
No, you have to make a separate order for two different locations.
What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our delivery team will contact you prior to arrival, ensuring that if no one is available at home, your parcel won't be handed over to anyone else without your authorization. For deliveries outside Karachi, parcels will be securely held by the courier company, and we'll promptly arrange a new delivery date, notifying you via call or message.
